Welcome to Fubai, a Dubai-focused travel brand of Newarka Group Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://fubai.co.uk and all bookings made through our website, call centre, or email.
By making a booking or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Fubai specialises in Dubai-specific travel services, including flights, luxury stays, desert safaris, visa assistance, and guided city tours.


2. Your Contract

A binding contract is formed once we accept your booking and issue a confirmation email or invoice.

  • Agent Bookings: For flight-only or hotel-only services, Fubai acts as an agent for the airline, hotel, or other travel supplier (“Supplier/Principal”). Your contract is directly with the Supplier/Principal and their conditions apply.
  • Package Services: When we sell a combination of flights and other travel services at a single price, Fubai acts as the organiser and accepts responsibility as required by UK Package Travel Regulations.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Lead Passenger: The person making the booking is responsible for the accuracy of all traveller details and for payment on behalf of the group. Names must match passports exactly.
  • Deposits/Balance: A deposit or full payment may be required at booking. The balance is due by the date on your confirmation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
  • Pricing: All fares and service prices are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until ticketed or confirmed.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers have valid passports, visas (including UAE visas if required), and any necessary health documentation.
  • Fubai is not liable for costs or losses caused by incorrect or missing travel documents.

5. Changes & Cancellations by You

  • All changes or cancellations must be requested in writing by the lead passenger.
  • Airlines or other suppliers may treat name/date changes as cancellations and may charge up to 100% of the fare.
  • Our administration fee of £[insert amount] per passenger plus any supplier charges will apply to each amendment.

6. Changes & Cancellations by Us or Suppliers

  • We or our suppliers may need to alter or cancel bookings due to operational reasons or force majeure (events beyond our control such as extreme weather, government actions, or strikes).
  • If a significant change occurs before departure, you may choose to:
    • Accept the change,
    • Accept an alternative of equal or higher value (if available),
    • Receive a full refund of all monies paid.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • Refunds depend on the supplier’s policies and may take several weeks to process.
  • Non-refundable tickets or supplier charges and our admin fee will be deducted from any refund.

8. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover:

  • Trip cancellation or curtailment,
  • Medical and repatriation expenses,
  • Lost luggage and personal belongings.

Fubai accepts no liability for losses that a proper insurance policy would normally cover.


9. Behaviour

All travellers must act responsibly and comply with local UAE laws and customs.
We reserve the right to cancel services without refund if a traveller’s behaviour is unlawful, disruptive, or jeopardises safety.


10. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provide directly.
  • For flights, hotels, or tours operated by third parties, their terms and international conventions (e.g., Montreal/Warsaw for air travel) apply.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses outside our control.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial disputes, or government restrictions.


12. Website Use

  • All content on https://fubai.co.uk is provided “as is.”
  • You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy content without permission.

13. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland and choose those jurisdictions.
